Red Line Vacations has planned several vacation cruises for me and my wife. Each time, every detail of the trip was planned out without a flaw. Glenn takes special care to ensure you have nothing to do but pack your bags and enjoy yourself. I would never consider another travel agent to plan a trip for me. His excellent customer service is second to none. You won’t find another travel agent that delivers the service Red Line Vacations does.

Glen, at Red Line Vacations arranged a Royal Caribbean ( Star of the Seas) cruise for our family and friends. There was a total of 22 in our group. Every detail of this vacation was carefully attended to by Red Line Vacations. This ensured there were no problems with this large group understanding our itinerary, our options, and ships requirements and expectations at any point during the cruise. Red Line Vacations sent each of us a "care" package containing a travel bag with travel size toiletries. Also included were printed luggage tags (printed with our names, deck and cabin numbers). These were in plastic protectors, and included cable loops to attach to our luggage. (Definitely a keeper for our next adventure with Red Line Vacations.) Red Lines Vacations found us the perfect cruise for our schedule and the adventures that we wanted. The cruise was absolutely incredible with a great mix of excursions, activities, onboard shopping, relaxing, night life, and fantastic food of every sort. There was something for all age groups to enjoy. We can't wait until our next trip. Our entire group highly recommends Glen Harshbarger II and his team at Red Line Vacations for any of your vacation planning.

Glenn was an awesome agent ran into an issue with birthdates and he was on it asap had no issues getting on or off the boat. Highly recommend Glenn if your looking to book your cruise vacations.

I just want to say that Glenn Harshbarger of Red Lines Vacations booked great cruise for my wife & I. If you ever need a Booking agent you need to choose Red Lines Vacations For the ultimate experience. Glenn Made the whole process great. He sticks with you during your booking while you’re on your cruise and even after. He makes sure that he takes care of us and that we enjoy the whole experience as much as we possibly can. He is actually concerned for his clients And their health and their well-being before during and after the cruise. He will Make sure that you are comfortable with everything that you want and that you want to enjoy. And he always encourages us to get the trip insurance because it is very helpful as my wife and I just found out. The situation that happened on the cruise line for stressful, but that is what Glenn is for. He went to Bat For us and speaking on our behalf with the cruise line to make sure that we are taken care of. Glenn leaves nothing behind and nothing to chance. This was mine and my wife’s first time using Red Line Vacations for a cruise to two Mexico destinations. Glenn assisted my family and I through every aspect from scheduling, payment, amenities, excursions and all facets up and until the day of our trip. Glenn even aided us during our travel via text messages to assure we were okay and answered any questions about the cruise ship and destinations. I have used travel companies in the past and never have I had a company take such personal time with my vacation. I received multiple emails explaining what to expect and reminders when something was due. I received a care package via mail and even my luggage tags which were in reusable tag protectors. Glenn put the finishing touches on our vacation to make us feel like we were his only clients. Very impressive with his time management and organization with our vacation. Cannot recommend this company enough. Honest, integrity and personable are the attributes I would Glenn and his company. He has a life long customer with my family and myself.
